Indian railways  is now promoting  baked products  in a big way  in recent  travel  from Delhi  to Bangalore by  Rajdhani express   I found  following items in its menu  which were given as snacks  during my 36 hrs rail journey. I was amazed  by the innovative packaging  by the manufacturers  to fit in the serving trays . Bread sticks  have been interesting experiment  by the railway  catering .
