12 Days of Excuses, Still No Deposit Credited!
I am extremely disappointed with this olymp trade platform. My deposit has not been credited even after 12 days, despite providing all required proof and following up repeatedly with customer support. Every time I contact them, I receive generic responses, promises of escalation, and requests to wait longer, but no actual resolution.
The lack of transparency and accountability is alarming. Holding a customer's funds for nearly two weeks without a clear explanation is unacceptable. If you value timely deposits, responsive support, and trustworthiness, think carefully before using this platform. My experience has been frustrating, stressful, and completely unsatisfactory.
