PLANT AND EQUIPMENTS

I would like introduced you to Calpro Food Essentials Pvt Ltd.
Calpro is planning to set up a new bakery ingredients plant near New Delhi, India.  It is now time for us to start the process, since we now have purchased the land for this project and will like to initiate identifying the right technical partners for us. We are looking at the possibility of buying any useful new or used/reconditioned equipment.  Below is brief of the company and project. 
Company Brief:
Calpro Food Essentials is a New Delhi- India, based company, in the business of manufacturing, importing & distributing various value added raw materials & ingredients for the Indian Baking Industry. Our current manufactured products include dry mixes for making cakes & breads, and glazes. We import similar products for those who prefer European products.
Project Brief :
The Plant will is to be  set up in two phases,  first phase for dry blending and second stage for wet production.  Dry blending will be all about cake & bread mixes and job works.  Wet production is to be started three years post operationalization of the first phase and will be used to process various fillings, toppings, fruits and glazes. Expected capacities will be 300 MT dry blending and 100 MT of glazes per month on a 10 hour, 26 day shift basis.
The plant design should allow easy escalation of capacities based on parallel lines when needed.  It will be set up about 65 kms form New Delhi.
The plant would be semi-automatic and compliant with all international standards like FSMA/FDA to enable exports to western countries.  Land available is an rectangular empty plot of nine thousand square meters.
We are open to using any used/reconditioned equipment like dry blenders, metal detecters, silos, grain/flour handling systems, sieving systems, homogenizers, fruit processing systems, thermic fluid heaters, systems, filling and packing systems etc.
